Description: The Community You Will Join:The Product Detail Page & Price Display team owns the main product details page (PDP) that brings together all the listing details, and anchors the guest booking flow as well as guest pricing and availability display across all Airbnb product surfaces. Our work directly and materially impacts every single guest’s journey to booking travel and experiences on Airbnb!As a Web Engineer, you will drive product projects, working cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, Data Scientists, and other folks. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about owning and improving the foundation upon which our products are built. We are a tightly knit team that thrives on trust and care for each other, allowing everyone to bring the best versions of themselves to work. • Own key company level problem statements and drive critical projects
• Work closely with cross functional partners including PM, Design, Data, and TPM.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Your Expertise:

• 2+ years of industry experience building consumer web applications at scale
• Experience with ReactJs, and optionally GraphQL
• You’re passionate about UI and Product development. You have knowledge of UI architecture and UI performance, with prior experience building delightful and fluid interactions, screens and graphics.
• Ability to take a thoughtful, pragmatic, and efficient approach to problem solving.
• Experience collaborating with product designers, especially in a remote capacity.
• Passion to up-level yourself and those around you through curiosity and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Bachelors, preferably in CS, or equivalent industry experience

Your Location:This position is US – Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
