  • Oversee Taxation website and perform content updates and redesigns for the Ohio Department of Taxation
  • Ensure website meets accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., ADA/ WCAG 2.0 compliance)
  • Utilize analytic tools to provide website metrics and data to Chief of Communications
  • Design graphics to be used across social media, website, internal communications, presentations
