Come explore one of our many opportunities and grow with us!How you’ll make an ImpactAs a Web Application Developer you will serve as an experienced React Developer with a strong background in setting up secure environments for data management in Azure and a focus on historical data use. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React for front-end development, as well as the ability to work within a Scrum Agile framework. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.Summary of Location and Hours

• 100% Remote
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST

What you will be doing

• Front-End Development: Design and maintain user-friendly interfaces using React, ensuring seamless integration with Azure-based systems.
• Azure Solutions: Develop secure, scalable environments for data processing, storage, and analysis using Azure services, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions within established timelines.
• Scrum Agile Framework: Actively participate in all phases of the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends in React and Azure development, contributing to the adoption of best practices within the team.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have

• BS in Computer Science, training program/certification as a developer, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of React Development with Azure expertise
• Expertise in React for front-end development
• Scrum/Agile Project Work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus points for

• Experience in application integrations including AI
• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Experience with backend configuration for Azure and AWS
• Experience with SQL

Required language skills

• Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
• Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
