VP, HR is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and strategic business partner to the President/COO of TMC, the CEO of TAH, and senior leadership across the TMC/TAH organization, focused on an innovative and integrated people strategy that supports the long-term vision and mission of the company with an emphasis on creating a best-in-class organization.The VP, HR is responsible for developing and implementing the Human Resources strategic plan, that ensures we have the right talent, systems, and infrastructure in place, establishes accountability, and identifies solutions to resolve problems, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables all associates to contribute to the organization at their full potential.
