• Oversee the execution of multi-floor government tenant renovation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and progress reporting.
• Utilize Procore software for project management, daily logs, and observations.
• Maintain clear communication with federal clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and client requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction with expertise in large-scale tenant interiors, ideally for government agencies.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore is required.
• Project Scope: Familiarity with tenant renovations for Federal Government Agencies, such as the DOJ, DEA, FAA, and GSA projects.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
