Description: Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for home health contracts in Chesapeake, Virginia, and the surrounding areas.Physical Therapist Assistant Home Health Contract Details:

• $1,460 $1,608 per week*
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour not by the visit
• Physical Therapist Assistant will have a designated territory of coverage

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
