Description: Job DetailsJob Location: Kankakee, ILSalary Range: UndisclosedDescriptionGardant is seeking a Temporary – Social Media Web Strategist to join our team!Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements a monthly social media calendar
• Maintains, updates, and posts marketing events and news stories on the Community and Gardant webpages
• Assists our Communities on reaching target audiences with e-mail blasts, including the development and maintenance of e-mail lists and scheduling and execution.
• Collaborates with Communities and Gardant Team to write social media posts, including photography and videos
• Assists the SVP Marketing, Sales and Engagement to conduct research to identify potential ideas for social media postings, as well as for potential Gardant blogs and E-Newsletter items
• Monitors comments posted on the Communities’ Social Media pages, providing guidance and expertise on standardized and professional responses
• Evaluates social media analytics for each Community and prepares reports showing trends
• Provides social media training opportunities to our Communities and central team

QualificationsQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in social media marketing; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+
• Experience establishing and maintaining professional partnerships in the social media space
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve challenges
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
• Knowledge of operating systems (MS Windows 10) and business applications (MS Office Suite

2016) * Knowledge with help desk support applications including tracking systems, and remote supportapplications required * Experience and understanding of E-commerce technologiesBased in Kankakee, IL, Gardant manages a remarkable portfolio of 80+ senior living, assisted living, and memory care communities across five states.
