• Candidates will come in with a guaranteed salary and commission structure, but as book of business gets cemented you are eligible to convert to uncapped commission structure.
• Candidates MUST HAVE corrugated box selling experience.

The Box On Demand team focuses on a suite of technologies to help customers in fulfillment and industrial manufacturing environments right-size their packaging and automate the packaging process.The Technical Sales Representative is a dynamic consultative sales professional leveraging a highly technical background to deliver solutions to the customer and drive sales territory growth, while managing existing clients within the territory. A successful representative will be a results-focused individual who can create strategy around target opportunities, sales pipeline, and closing business that often includes the sale of capital equipment, machinery leases, raw material supply, and maintenance services.Day to Day:

• Develops new business prospects into viable opportunities
• Meets with potential clients and partners to understand their unique challenges
• Collaborates across the company enterprise to prepare, coordinate, and conduct complex technical presentations to key decision makers
• Negotiates long term partnership agreements
• Ensures successful solution implementation with effective coordination of internal teams delivering the best solution to the customer
• Continues growing the business by managing difficult customer situations and forging strong partnerships

Travel demand:

• Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (

50%) * Territory: West Coast

• West Coast Candidate to reside in (CA, NV, AZ or UT)

What you’ll need:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering
• Required: 5 years of experience interfacing with customers in a sales environment
• Required: B2B sales experience, with a high technical background
• Required: Experience selling material handling industrial automation systems and components to industrial and manufacturing end users
• Preferred: Knowledge of Box on Demand robotics and packaging systems
