Description: Position: Teacher Assistant, Elementary School, Multiple Disabilities Classroom, Permanent Support Staff (Anticiapted)Location: Newtown Elementary SchoolAvailable: Novemeber, 2025Hours/Schedule: 7.0 hours/day; 5 days/week; 182 days per year (Benefit Eligible)Requirements:

• Previous Teacher Assistant Experience in Elementary School setting preferred
• Ability to collect data, work with team of educators, and carry out academic support plans
• Qualified candidates must meet the Pennsylvania Department of Education Special Education Regulations Chapter 14 Regulations. (https://www.pacode.com/secure/data/022/chapter14/s14.105.html)

• Have completed at least two years of post-secondary study,
• Possess an associate’s degree of high,or

REQUIRED PAPERWORK: In order to begin employment in any PA public school, all employees are required to complete mandatory paperwork.
