They are responsible for managing servers and associated software technologies, installing servers, configuring systems, and ensuring every technical aspect is running smoothly. We are looking for a systems architect to work with our IT operations and technology teams to implement, optimize, and maintain new and existing infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for deploying and configuring tools, educating teams on best practices, and ensuring the stability of our infrastructure.To be successful as a Sr. Systems Architect, you should be able to identify the most optimal technology solutions for our clients and maintain the infrastructure in accordance with best practices and company security policies. A top-notch candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and should be a team player.Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive architecture and technical solutions related to Microsoft Azure security, Azure Active Directory modernization, domain consolidation, performance, scalability, and HA/DR
- Proven expertise in supporting, architecting, and developing strategies for complex network environments, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Cisco Switching, and Meraki Dashboard.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Azure and Active Director instances are secure and scalable.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Azure Active Directory object maintenance, management and troubleshooting on Active Directory, Windows Server 2016, Domain Controllers, DNS, user authentication and other operational systems as needed.
- Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
- Extensive experience of operating-system administration skills of Windows Server 2016-2022.
- Able to Install of Windows Servers and has good troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, knowledge in hardening and securing of Wintel systems.
- Advanced level of Administration of Windows Server with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and High Availability.
- Provide Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory support including troubleshooting, problem solving skills and should be able to display the same during pressure situations i.e. P1/P2 calls.
- Ability to produce RCA for major and critical incidents.
- Design and implementation of ADFS identity solution.
- Design and management of Single Sign-on solutions.
- Leverage networking & security monitoring tools such as Cisco Meraki Dashboard and Fortified Central Command.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum (10) years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory (AAD), AAD Connect, ADFS, and Office 365.
- Minimum (7) years hands-on experience with Cisco network architecture, strategy development and support.
- Single Sign-On with Azure AD and other services.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of Active Directory.
- Extensive experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM).
- Extensive experience with domain controller backup, restore, disaster recovery.
- Extensive experience with Azure Active Directory security.
- Experience in Testing and implementing security patches released by Microsoft.
- Experience managing technology environments using ITIL processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Fundamental knowledge of AWS Cloud
