We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deltek Costpoint, a strong understanding of government contracting regulations (DFAR, FAR, CAS), and experience with DCAA audits. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial strategy.Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with DFAR, FAR, CAS, and other applicable federal regulations.
Support audits conducted by DCAA and other regulatory bodies, preparing and providing required documentation.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial records.
Deltek Costpoint Expertise
Utilize Deltek Costpoint for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis.
Optimize the use of Deltek Costpoint to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Train and mentor team members on Deltek Costpoint functionalities as needed.IND123

Salary: $100000 – 110000 per year
