• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle merchandise returns efficiently.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and prepare inventory for store operations.
• Process freight and inter-store transfers, including markdowns.
• Respond to emails and communications from customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and process customer store orders.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass a credit check.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail procedures is preferred.
