We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our plant operations. This role is perfect for someone with HR and recruitment experience, who enjoys engaging with employees and contributing to a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Human Resource Manager, the HR Coordinator will:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, including:
• Partnering with operations leaders to identify hiring needs.
• Posting jobs, reviewing applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting phone screenings and preparing job offers.
• Coach managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
• Track candidate metrics to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and respond to all candidate inquiries. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Serve as a key contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Assist employees with payroll system navigation and ensure smooth access.
• Provide support for diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive engagement.

Payroll & Administrative Support:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 65 employees, including:
• Ensuring payroll information is accurate.
• Entering vacation time and auditing reports as needed.
• Provide remote support to other plant locations as necessary. Training & Compliance:

• Conduct new employee orientations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Support job code management, training, and other HR-related functions.

Position Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in sourcing manufacturing candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in generating candidates through ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of key metrics to optimize recruiting and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and support employees.
• Preferred:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to better communicate with a diverse workforce.
