Description: Under general supervision, manages the production of architecture documentation for the design, development, and construction of new and existing hotels.
- Provides services in all phases of the architecture including site planning, building design and detailing, design documentation and construction
- Maintains the project schedule by ensuring the timely preparation of deliverables on assigned projects for all responsible
- Participates in project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and during construction
- Helps with all aspects in the construction administration of project assignments, including review of shop drawings and submittals, quality control, and site
- Facilitates coordination with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specifications, and regulatory agencies under general supervision to meet overall project
- Maintains close collaboration with design team, consultants, contractors, and
- Helps to evaluate new products and systems, energy savings strategies, and cost saving

- Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited school of architecture, preferred.
- Mastery of architectural and engineering designs, concepts and terminology including relevant building codes and standards.
- Excellent AutoCAD & Revit proficiency required. Proficient with all aspects of MS Office and Bluebeam. Design illustration software like sketch-up, photoshop, or other 3D visualization software experience is not essential but preferred
- Extensive knowledge of building, ADA and Life Safety codes, and jurisdictional processes as required to capture building permits.
- Experience in organizing, directing and preparing construction documents and specification
- Skilled in leadership, organization, business writing, and communication
- Must be able to work independently, multi-task, be a team player, possess a can-do attitude, and be a self-starter.
