  • Managing scope and complexity of a large-scale Enterprise IT Support Services program with 50+ staff
  • Leading a highly complex, task order driven, technical program with scope that includes Cloud and On-Prem IT Infrastructure O&M; Hardware and Software Management; Network Engineering, Monitoring, and Management; System O&M and Administration; Infrastructure Modernization, on and off-site IT Service Desk services; Cyberecurity Operations and Training; etc.
  • Serving as the Government’s point of contact to provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the task orders
  • Serving as a multi-functional individual with strong technical skills with the ability to understand all aspects of the tasks and closely monitor the work to ensure quality and follow through.
  • Interfacing with COR regarding contract performance monitoring and additional tasking
  • Demonstrating strong managerial experience in providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing Contractor staff to ensure that goals and objectives of the program, as well as problem resolution and customer satisfaction, are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
  • Leading responses to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
  • Developing and maintaining enterprise business process management for in-scope Service Towers and projects
  • Controlling costs and schedules while ensuring consistent quality service
  • Managing risk, and providing risk awareness to CIO leadership (identifying, recording, reporting, evaluating, and adjudicating risk)
  • Incorporating innovation to continuously improve the infrastructure and associated processes.

Qualifications:It is required that the Program Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, System Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management
  • Experience with program management in a task order environment
  • Experience developing documents for risk and opportunity management
  • Experience developing and applying technical processes and technical management processes
  • Experience managing performance-based service agreements
  • Experience developing and managing project within assigned budgets
  • Experience writing business cases
  • Experience with strategic planning
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (must be obtained prior to start date)

DESIRED: It is desired that the Program Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent level certification
  • Experience supporting federal law enforcement customers
  • ITIL certified
  • Demonstrated management experience with tracking, monitoring, reporting, standardizing, and overseeing project cost, schedule, and performance measures in a dynamic environment on programs similar in scope and complexity to this task order.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of performance management and project control principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvement and innovation initiatives within organizations and providing recommendations on implementing efficiencies and effectiveness to organizational processes.
