Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hrs), standard business
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month W2 (expected extensions/conversion)

In this role, you will define the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of analytics and tagging solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams, write robust requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, balancing business strategy, customer centricity, and technical expertise. You thrive in solving complex challenges, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable impact through data-driven insights. Product Overview:
- Web Analytics – Tealium & Adobe Analytics
- Tagging and data layer strategy and implementation
- Advanced Analytics and data science usage of Adobe clickstream data
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle for a BI/Analytics product, prioritizing initiatives with broad scope and complexity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trust and strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business units.
- Data & Analytics Optimization:
- Manage and prioritize tag management requests, including clickstream data requirements and Adobe Analytics tracking.
- Facilitate new tagging initiatives for marketing optimization, personalization, and web analytics to support Ecommerce growth.
- Ensure accurate data capture by maintaining Adobe Analytics requirements and developing automated regression testing capabilities.
- Technical Implementation & Testing:
- Define and communicate analytics requirements across web products/applications.
- Partner with WEB ECOM Product Managers to implement analytics strategies.
- Drive proactive anomaly detection and quality assurance for analytics data.
- Measurement & Insights: Conduct analysis to measure feature deployment results, quantify business impact, and identify opportunities for further innovation.
- Process Improvement & Change Management:
- Support post-launch change management efforts.
- Advocate for best practices in data collection and product analytics.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management (business or technical capacity).
- Strong expertise in tag management and web analytics platforms – Tealium & Adobe Analytics (required).
- Technical acumen – ability to influence engineering teams, understand tradeoffs, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders while influencing roadmaps.
- Self-starter who thrives in uncertain and fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Skills:
- Agile methodologies (Product Manager role)
- JIRA/JIRA Plan for backlog and roadmap management
- Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics required)
- Tag management systems (Tealium required)
- JavaScript, pixel implementation, or web development (preferred)
Must-Have Skills: * Adobe Analytics implementation/tagging experience required (Tealium tag manager is a plus)
- Product Management or tagging operations experience
- Experience interacting with business stakeholders, excellent business communication skills
- Jira/Jira Plan experience
Salary: $45 – 54 per hour
