Description: A health services network in Texas is currently seeking a licensed medical professional, with a strong Family Medicine background, for a promising position at one of their facilities in Houston.About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Patient Population: Senior Health

Responsibilities:The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
• Conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ensuring a fluid and positive in-office patient experience
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Texas
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine
• Primary Care background
• Experience working with the Geriatric and/or Senior population
