You’ll participate in planning, executing and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates across digital products. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRO strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives.About the Role

• Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRO best practices into overall digital strategies
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to conversion rates
• Provide actionable recommendations and updates to stakeholders
• Manage CRO tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support testing and optimization efforts
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

About You

• 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or performance marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, technology or a related field
• Demonstrated success in optimizing lead generation across multiple digital channels
• Proficient in analyzing both quantitative data and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and CRO platform
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
