At this stage in our development we have achieved sales primarily through direct to consumer eCommerce efforts. We have built a solid foundation in this area while our product development team has remained hard at work on our next generation of exciting products which are projected to ship in 2025! Our next generation of products are exciting for so many reasons including improved user experience, dramatically improved COGS/margin, and the opportunity to add additional channels including big box channels such as Best Buy, etc.To further drive our growth in the market, we are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Director with experience in the CPG (consumer electronics preferred) and eCommerce space. While we are a global company, our primary market is the US. The ideal candidate is prepared to act as the marketing principal overseeing all aspects of strategy, tactics and execution in all marketing domains including paid search, organic search, email/crm marketing, etc. A strong candidate will have a mix of established company and start-up experience including experience leading lean teams and playing a player/coach role that requires digging in and getting your hands dirty. With a proven track record of success in performance marketing, the ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive growth, enhance ROI, and increase market share.This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with deep expertise in developing and driving omni-channel digital marketing strategies, defining campaigns, living in the analytics, ongoing campaign optimization, and overseeing day to day execution through staff and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement scalable marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising channels to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.Customer Acquisition and Retention: Build strategies to acquire new customers while increasing lifetime value through subscription retention, cross-selling opportunities, and personalized marketing tactics.Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Leverage analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, uncover insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Leverage Unique Value Proposition: Highlight how our patented technology creates a unique value proposition to customers as well as our sustainability focus, and connection to marketplace partners to drive customer engagement and differentiation.Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the performance marketing budget to maximize impact and efficiency.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously research new marketing tools, trends, and strategies stay at the forefront of digital marketing practices.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
