The role focuses on providing comprehensive pediatric care, including restorations, SSCs, pulp therapy, extractions, and space maintainers. Ideal candidates should be confident working independently and able to integrate quickly into a busy practice. This practice offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base of $20K/month or 37% adjusted production (whichever is higher), potential sign-on bonus, malpractice and full health benefits, PTO, and immediate H1B & Green Card sponsorship if needed.
