Description: Our client is looking for a talented paralegal for its reputable law firm in Queens, NY, specializing in personal injury law (specifically car accidents). This position is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates.Responsibilities:Sort and organize emails, file, scan, and maintain office filesConduct client intake, follow up with clients, and manage calendarsAssist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operationsDraft and file legal documents, including complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, and deposition noticesHelp with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal researchOrder, review, and summarize medical records for case preparationSupport settlement conferences, mediation, and negotiations with providers or insurance companiesOrganize case filing systems for easy access and retrievalStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow in the legal fieldExperience in personal injury law (specifically car accidents) or a similar practice area is preferred for more experienced candidatesIf you’re ready to contribute to a thriving legal team and help clients through their personal injury cases, we want to hear from you!
