Description: Oversees, coordinates and develops the delivery, planning and implementation of the overall website strategy and project dependencies. This includes working with various departments to plan development needs, content structure and all things needed for an effective company web presence.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall governance and performance of ICCU.com and our multiple web properties.
  • Align website with organizations brand, strategy and standards.
  • Investigate and identify requirements for new website and applications requiring development.
  • Prioritize website development projects, set timelines, and assign task for completion.
  • Delegate essential tasks to ensure completion and proper governance.
  • Monitor the performance of junior team members and effectively evaluate their performance with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing management in approving website requests and development processes.
  • Manage campaign development and progress for items centralized on the corporate website.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness.
  • Understanding of network diagnostics and analytics tools.
  • Utilize available data for increased member engagement and site performance.
  • Recommend and manage use of other data acquired through third parties for use in webbased marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of best practices within web development, including SEO and other necessary strategies.
  • Help develop marketing matrices or analytics to track and report engagement.
  • Maintain marketing relationships with internal departments to ensure needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Maintain a knowledge of competitor web presence and strategy.
  • Implement security measures to protect website and protect member engagement.
  • Development of scripts and code centered for digital attribution, user tracking and tag management.
  • Perform routine site audits and oversee ongoing maintenance on an as needed basis.
  • Work to uphold and maintain ADA compliance.
  • Represent the Credit Union at community events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years or equivalent experience in managing websites or corporate level web strategies. Proficiency in programming languages with required knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, PHP, SEO, SQL, JavaScript, GitHub or version control, and web analytics. Effective UX/UI design for multi-screen, languages, and accessibility. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness. Understanding of network and diagnostic tools. Preferably some financial industry experience. Have strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.Performance Standard:A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to analyze member needs, develop, and coordinate marketing activities to fit member needs with Credit Union products and services. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Team member will be asked to work extended/unique hours.Position Specific Additional Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting 70-80 pounds (items include money machine, coolers, tables, and other miscellaneous equipment).

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
