The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who can grow our brand presence, strengthen our lead generation efforts, and optimize social media engagement, all while delivering measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Content Generation:

• Strengthen the company’s brand in the AEC and MEP sectors.
• Develop personal branding strategies for top performers.
• Lead Generation:

• Enhance and streamline current lead generation systems.
• Partner with leadership to establish outreach targets based on industries andgeographies.
• Social Media Management:

• Expand and manage our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Drive organic growth and cultivate affiliate relationships across platforms.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Analyze marketing metrics and deliver regular performance insights.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize audience reach and engagement.
• Go-to-Market Strategies:
• Develop and execute innovative go-to-market campaigns tailored to the AEC and MEP industries
• Trend and Competitor Analysis:

• Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both strategic planning and hands-on marketing roles.
• Expertise in social media management and lead generation strategies.
• Knowledge of the AEC and MEP industries is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
