Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives!Job SummaryResponsible for creation and execution of outcome-driven product and service marketing strategies at the project or program level with clearly defined goals, personas that drive journey touchpoints, market tactics, KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal. Charged with design, development and execution of retirement related product and service market initiatives. Role will perform review, upkeep and evolution of B2B2C product and service audience experiences supported by collateral, including but not limited to: web, digital, promotional and lead generation landing pages (omni channel), social media, e-communications, brochures, flyers, etc. Leading and participating on project teams providing expertise on development, execution, measurement and review of product and service strategies and ensuring alignment to business outcomes.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify opportunities for positioning and differentiating retirement related product and service offerings in key market segments directed at desired audiences, including advisors, plan sponsors and plan participants.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform and educate the organization on desired products and services, competitive landscape, distribution needs, and market influences. Provide a point of view to persuade and influence product/service initiatives.
  • Conceive, design and deploy product and service campaigns targeted at key constituents to drive brand awareness, nurture interest and foster engagement. Collaborate with internal and external partners as required to assess product and service potential across market segments, alignment with audience needs, and barriers to entry to design effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap based on a future state of the line of business and its marketing needs to support prospective growth. Roadmap development will include guidance from the market segment leaders and an in-depth understanding of their products and business areas, including product/service construction, rules and regulations, and sales to depict market approach and services offered.
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing and the retirement services LOB to create cohesive launch plans including timelines, resource accountabilities, deliverables and outcome measurements.

Job RequirementsRequired Education and/or Certifications

  • BS degree in Marketing or related field or work equivalent required.

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • Designations, such as Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite desirable, not required.

Required Work Experience

  • 10 + years of experience working within the retirement services industry. Good understanding of the general life cycle of a retirement plan from an operational, administrative and sales perspective.
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 07BThis selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
