Marketing CoordinatorGENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer needs in a timely manner and following up with them to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve their needs.Required Skills:

  • Digital marketing and graphic design expertise
  • Networking outreach skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presswise experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management- Develop and upload engaging social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Order Processing- Use existing system to submit and manage orders efficiently
  • Customer Service- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and resolving customer needs and concerns.
  • Brand Awareness & Reputation Management- Contribute and engage in the maintenance of the client’s brand image by engaging with online communities
