As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will assist in content creation, social media management, email marketing, market research, and other administrative tasks related to marketing activities. This position offers opportunities for learning and growth in the field of marketing.Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Assist with research on competitors, customer trends, and market insights to support campaign strategies.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, using tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Administrative Support: Help with scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing reports, and other day-to-day marketing department tasks.
• Analytics Reporting: Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, social media, and website traffic through tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Branding & Messaging: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand voice, style guide, and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $18.5 – 24 per hour
