Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Long-Term Substitute Reading Specialist at Foster Elementary School.This is a full-time, on-site, temporary, ANTICIPATED need. The start and end dates of the assignment are to be determined, but anticipated to begin on or around January 28, 2025.Due to the unkonwn length of the assignment, this position will be paid at the per diem substitute teacher rate of $125 per day and will not be eligible for paid time off or district subsidized health benefits.
In the event that the placement is extended to 25 days or more, then the daily rate will transition to the degree level daily rate for step 1 of the teachers salary schedule, retroactive to the first day, with rates starting at $282 per day depending upon credential.Required: Active Instructional Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in Reading Specialist PK-12.DEADLINE TO APPLY: Wednesday, December 18, 2024, promptly at 4:00 PMADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
