Description: Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for their Foster City, CA location.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy for Client.
• Build, QA, and launch Lifecycle journeys in a marketing automation tool independently.
• Use subject matter expertise to recommend tactics to suggest campaign improvements.
• Be the main marketing contact on the cross-functional team to set up and maintain our Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and designs across communications.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, sharing recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• We are seeking a proactive, collaborative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will sit within the Customer Marketing team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communications campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on lifecycle marketing.
• Power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and some experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Understanding of customer relationship management systems.
• Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with MailChimp, Tableau, and/or Looker.
• Experience launching new products or services, ideally B2C.
• Experience in the transportation or technology industry.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
