• Conduct initial client intake and meetings
• Obtain and organize medical records
• Prepare demands and request police reports and 911 run records
• Document medical records and verify liens/bills
• Maintain regular communication with clients, checking in on their progress
• Coordinate client appointments with doctors or physical therapists
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in personal injury law

• Strong work ethic and excited to learn about Personal Injury
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Trialworks) is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Desire to excel and grow with the firm
