Our criminal defense and personal injury law firm has an immediate need for an experienced receptionist who wants to be our ambassador of first impressions. To be considered for this position, you must be tech-savvy, and have excellent administrative and communication skills. A candidate who speaks Spanish will jump to the front of the line. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a positive, results-oriented team.Responsibilities:

• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk. Meet, Greet, Treat, and Seat our visitors when they arrive.
• Make appointments with current and potential new clients, and ensure the calendar is current and correct.
• Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and leads to make sure the right people receive the important information.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, file management, and court filings.
• Help the firm to intake and pre-qualify potential new clients and Process Clients’ Payments.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable taking telephone calls, responding to emails, and mitigating stressful situations.
• At least one year of prior law firm receptionist, administrative assistant experience, or similar is preferred (but not required).
• Possess strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Later, we expanded our practice to criminal courts–both after during the trial phase and hiding criminal records with expungements–so our clients could live better lives.
