The Board is comprised of 17 members, who have been appointed by the governor. The board sets the requirements and criteria for the basic training of law enforcement officers throughout the State of Indiana, which became mandatory in 1972.Role Overview:You will work independently and will be provided with technical and detailed instructions. You will serve as the agency’s expert in your area of specialization and work is reviewed for technical adequacy.Salary Statement:The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.A Day in the Life:The essential functions of this role are as follows:
