Description: Job Title: Landscape ArchitectJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Mid-Level and Sr-Level Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As part of our integrated architecture and engineering firm, you will contribute to transformative design solutions across various markets, including commercial, higher education, federal projects, and more. This position is available in any of our offices located in Virginia Beach, Richmond, or Vienna, VA.Responsibilities

  • Perform various landscape architecture tasks on projects or portions of projects as directed by a Sr or lead project landscape architect.
  • Prepare programming documents, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents as directed.
  • Create marketing and presentation materials as needed.
  • Work closely with the lead project landscape architect to develop a thorough understanding of landscape architecture fundamentals.
  • Provide services associated with the construction phase, including field visits, answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing record drawings.
  • Comply with quality control policies and procedures.
  • Learn and implement department and company standards.
  • Develop analysis and design skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate efforts with other team members.
  • Actively participate in education and mentoring programs.
  • Collaborate with a team of landscape architects, architects, and interior designers.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience with 3D rendering
  • Experience in planning/urban planning
  • Skills in Photoshop, SketchUp, and rendering
  • Knowledge of landscape design and land development
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Landscape Architecture License is preferred but not required
  • Experience in urban development and project planning

Work EnvironmentThe position offers an open office cubicle environment. You will be part of a smaller team with the goal to grow by an additional three landscape architects, providing ample opportunity to accelerate your development and exposure. Benefits include three weeks of PTO, 11 holidays, and billable vacation and holiday time.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 – $110000.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
