Salary: $65,000-75,000K

Join us as a strategic Human Resources Manager/ Payroll expert, providing leadership in HR operations, organizational effectiveness, and innovative talent acquisition and development strategies. - Input payroll data accurately and promptly, including new hires and terminations. Verify time reports and address any discrepancies. Organize and securely store payroll records.
- Handle payroll reporting to government authorities for multiple entities, including forms like UCT-6, 940/941, ACA, and EEO filings. Ensure compliance and maintain necessary records.
- Conduct new employee orientations for various positions across different entities as needed.
- Participate in new employee orientations conducted by management, ensuring adherence to company onboarding processes and suggesting improvements.
- Assist with audits such as workers’ compensation and Department of Revenue, providing necessary support.
- Administer W-2 statements in accordance with federal law.
- Utilize E-Verify to verify employee eligibility to work for the employer.
- Monitor and manage unemployment cases across multiple entities, liaising with management and attending hearings on behalf of the company.
- Monitor Workers’ Compensation claims, providing updates to relevant parties, and coordinating return-to-work programs.
- Develop, implement, and oversee Company Safety Policies, ensuring compliance and conducting related meetings.
- Maintain personnel files, including records of absenteeism, tardiness, pay changes, warnings, and terminations, and ensure accuracy.
- Manage all 1099 employees, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree
- Needs to be Bi-lingual
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Innovative mindset with a focus on business partnerships
- Proficient in HR/Talent solutions development
- Hands-on experience in solution creation and implementation
- Familiarity with Engage, Paylocity, & E-Verify
- Skilled in organization effectiveness and design, coaching, and development
