We will be relying on this role to be our SME in the field of human resources (law, systems, software, processes, structure, etc.). This position will report directly to our Chief People Officer (CPO).What we ask

  • Build and manage HR Calendar
  • Build and update company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and execute onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage the employee handbook upgrades and maintenance.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all companies are compliant with training.
  • Support Recruitment Team (i.e. hunting for leads, conducting interviews, managing job posts)
  • Support Retention Team (i.e. retention and engagement activities, orientation execution)
  • Assist CPO in supporting Performance Improvement Plan management.
  • Assist CPO with facilitating People Retention Programs
  • Assist CPO with Retirement Planner Training Program

What we need

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Recruitment and interview experience
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations in human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS or ATS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred.
