This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics of trainings, support DEI councils, conduct benchmarks, and contribute to the overall culture of inclusivity at Bel Brands. Additionally, the intern will work closely with internal and external communication teams to effectively communicate Talent Development and DEIB initiatives and progress, and will assist in data monitoring to track the impact of DEI and Talent Development efforts.Job Responsibilities & Tasks: * Conducting Benchmarks:
