Pay: $58,000 – $68,000 (Based on Experience)
Start Date: January/February
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pmAre you a people person ready to dive into the exciting world of HR? Look no further! We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and help drive smooth, efficient operations. This is your chance to take on both strategic and hands-on HR responsibilities, from training and development to managing compensation and benefits. If you’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you!Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Onboard & Train: Help new hires feel at home and set them up for success Organize & Maintain: Ensure smooth record-keeping for employees’ files and benefits
• Create Engaging Experiences: Launch employee engagement initiatives and make the workplace fun
• Manage Payroll: Ensure accurate payroll processing and keep everything compliant
• HR Support: Provide guidance to employees on benefits, health, and absence issues
