Description: Outstanding Occupational Therapists needed for field-based positions servicing:

• Hayward, San Leandro, Oakland, Berkeley areas

Our offices are located in Orinda and Santa Clara, CA and we are looking for the right persons to join our Home Health Team. Positions can start per-diem or part time and could quickly grow into a full time, benefited position.ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their patients.We seek and welcome staff with diverse cultural backgrounds or additional language skills because they enhance the cultural competency of care for our patients and families, as a result, accomplishing our mission of compassion.Qualifications:

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skill
• Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Home Health experience is preferred.

Estimated Annual Full Time Compensation: $124K to $202K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis)Job Type: Per DiemKeywords: Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapist
