Job Ttitle: High School Guidance Counselor

Description:
- Primary function as a member of the counseling department staff will be to provide a comprehensive guidance program for students in grades 9-12. To specifically provide services to meet the needs of their assigned case load, consult with teachers, staff and parents to enhance their effectiveness in helping students, and provide support to other high school educational programs.
Terms of Employment:
- 2025-2026 school year
- School year as established by the Board and Administrators.
- Salary: Step 1 ~ $40,000 (with Teacher Baseline Grant) with board paid benefits. Actual contract amount will commensurate with qualifications and experience. Full certified salary schedule linked above.
- Contract time is 20 addtional days spread out before and after the regular 181 day contract. This portion of the salary will be issued under a extended duty contract
