Description: SUMMARY
Analyzes original graphic file (material to be reproduced) programs computer and operates electronic ink jet printer to produce color proof.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Trap Files, adjust bleeds and set color curves for our print process2.Step out art files on Production Cad Drawings using Esko3.Create and qualify Hard Proofs using our Epson printer4.Design Packaging layouts based on customer direction.5.Image print platesQUALIFICATIONS
1.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)2.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)3.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner4.Willingness to learnEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. Successful completion of Bachelor of Arts – with emphasis on Graphic Design.
2. Experience in print shop or Packaging industry a plusPHYSICAL DEMANDS1.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
