POSITION LOCATION: Tallahassee, FL (relocation benefits are not available for this position)Junior Business Intelligence DeveloperGovernment Operations Consultant IIOPEN COMPETITIVEYour Specific Responsibilities:This position serves as the Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in the Data Services Section/Data Management Unit. The incumbent in this role will assist the BI Developer and other program staff with the creation of Tableau dashboards and reports, supporting Workforce Services and other FloridaCommerce Program Areas as directed.Performs data modeling, data visualization tool development and technical product assistance to meet customer performance and functional requirements.Assists with data analysis and presentations from various data sources for new and ongoing improvement activities to document the current state and changes to metrics after improvement activity.Assists in building, implementing, and supporting visualizations in Tableau using various data sources including but not limited to SQL Server, Smartsheet, and Excel.Develops and maintains reporting tools and publications and conceptualizes original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex reports and data.Collaborates with diverse teams, agency partners, and internal and external customers.Maintains detailed work-paper records of assumptions, methodologies, coding notation, and information sources utilized during the performance of all analytical tasks.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
