The incumbent consults, tests, documents, and maintains General Tax Administration Online filing systems by participating in the analysis and evaluation of system enhancements, requirements gathering, system testing, working incidents and inquiries, training and other duties as needed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • One year of experience working with taxes administered by the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience working in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience in systems analysis and design.
  • Experience in testing of system(s) development.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience working in Tax Audit or Taxpayer Assistance.

  • The location for this job is in Tallahassee, FL.
  • This position is eligible for partial telework after initial training period.
