Description: Full Time Position Available-Mental Health Stabilization Service Clinical Care CoordinatorThe MHSS Care Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of general support to
synchronize the care of clients who require more intensive intervention and to promote family
preservation utilizing the public mental health system. The position addresses professional and
administrative duties necessary for the efficient use of services by engaging with community
agencies and care providers on the client’s behalf to help link clients to community resources
and follow-up care.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, BSW preferred. Minimum of
one year related experience in substance use disorders. Extensive knowledge of public and
private mental health providers and community resources. Ability to collaborate effectively in a
team setting. Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and others.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Salary $46,592.00-$62,493.81 depending on experience, education, and credentials. Benefits
include: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave the first year (both vacation and sick
leave can be accrued indefinitely); Agency contributions to individual staffs’ 403b account paid
twice per year (following 6 months’ employment) at a percentage rate approved by the Board of
Directors; 12 paid holidays per year; health, vision and dental benefits (Agency pays 80% of the
premium); long term disability and AD&D insurance; reimbursement for licensure; continuing
education assistance; use of company vehicle for business purposes; free parking. Benefits are
