Compensation Range: $35 – 44 per hourWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front End Developer to join our client’s dynamic team in Atlanta!In this role, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create responsive and engaging web applications. Your work will directly impact the user experience of our client’s products and services, ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable interactions with the brand.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize user interfaces on our e-commerce platform.
• Utilize core front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS to create seamless and visually appealing web experiences.
• Take ownership of A/B testing initiatives, working closely with marketing and design teams to implement experiments using tools such as Adobe Target and Interaction Studio.
• Analyze A/B test results, providing insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and drive sales.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in A/B testing and front-end development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a multimedia technical field or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS.
• Proven experience with A/B testing tools, particularly Adobe Target and Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
• Solid front-end development skills with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Mastery of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
