Schedule: Monday through Friday, Business Hours
Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annuallyRole Overview
The Assisted Living Facility Field Operations Manager will oversee operations across multiple assisted living facilities, fostering relationships with Administrators, MDs, and facility staff. The role ensures optimal patient care by collaborating with clinical teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly visits to assisted living facilities to build and maintain strong professional relationships with facility Administrators, MDs, and staff.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and service quality.
• Monitor and address operational needs to support seamless service delivery within facilities.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and assisted living facilities, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare (hospital or home care setting preferred).
• Client Services Experience.
• Healthcare Marketing/Sales experience.
• Skills:
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to interact professionally with Administrators and MDs.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for facility visits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $120,000 – $125,000 annually.
