This role offers the autonomy to manage cases with the benefit of professional development opportunities and a supportive team.Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 / year DOEFamily Law Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, domestic violence, and custody matters
• Represent clients in court regularly, handling trials, motions, hearings, and in-court mediation sessions
• Conduct consultations to advise clients, prepare case strategies, and sign new clients for representation
• Draft, review, and file RFOs, declarations, and other key legal documents in collaboration with paralegals
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to meet case goals, ensuring effective communication and results
• Participate in firmwide training, professional development, and team meetings to address legal challenges

Family Law Attorney Requirements:

• 4+ years of family law experience, with trial experience preferred
• California Bar license in good standing
• Strong communication skills for client consultations and court appearances
• Ability to manage multiple cases, with keen attention to deadlines
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a legal team
