- Experience: Minimum 3 years in family law with trial experience (5+ years preferred).

- Licensing: Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts; valid MA driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and develop case plans with clients.
- Communicate case strategies and solutions effectively at critical stages.
- Draft family law documents: complaints, motions, declarations, trial briefs, etc.
- Prepare clients for court and represent them in Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties.
