• Collaborate with leading attorneys, managing composite family law cases.
• Gain hands-on experience, drafting legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
• Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters, and compelling motions.
• Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court via refined legal professional communication.
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidential hearings and trials.
• Sharpen your legal acumen with research and memorandum preparation.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in state bar, while in good standing.
• 3+years of family law experience a must, with high profile cases a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp legal concepts, coupled with advanced analytical, oral, written, and effective communication skills.
• Resolute attention to detail, as well as incorporate exceptional legal document editing ability.
• A proactive driven legal professional, with an aim to lead and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
