They are seeking a seasoned Business Law Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of business law matters and utilize your expertise in Intellectual Property to provide strategic and practical solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business law cases from inception to conclusion, including strategy development and document preparation.
• Provide counsel on Copyright and Trademark matters, as well as related Intellectual Property issues.
• Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to advance cases effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through consistent and timely communication.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing business law cases.
• Strong background and expertise in Intellectual Property law, particularly Copyright and Trademark.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service and fostering trust.
