Instructional Teacher:
- $57,000 annually (additional supplemental income may be available across various locations).
- Teachers, Counselors, and Speech Language Pathologists with advance degrees (in their area of certification) are also eligible for annual Degree Supplements as outlined below:
- Masters: $3,500
- Specialist: $4,000
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP: $2,500
- Doctorate: $5,000

Pass FL Subject Area Exam (ESE K-12 and Elementary Ed K-6) –
Obtain FL Teaching Certificate OR
- Military Veterans Certification Pathway
- Minimum of 48 months of active-duty military service with an honorable/medical discharge on DD214.
- Minimum of 60 college credits with a 2.5 grade point average on an official transcript.
- Passing score on a Florida subject area examination for bachelor’s level subjects which demonstrates mastery of subject area knowledge.
- Fosters student achievement and development.
- Conduct the teaching assignment.
- Works within cooperation with the instructional team and/or department chair in the education process.
- Collaborates with colleagues and develops lessons for improving instruction and student performance.
- Communicates regularly with parents, administrators, and educational support.
All instructional staff must have current Florida Department of Education certification in the area in which they will be assigned to teach.
