Description: A National Amlaw100 firm is seeking a Junior level associate for their Labor & Employment Department in Los AngelesQualifications:

• JD and CA Bar Admission
• 2 years’ experience in Employment Law specific to California.
• Strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions
• High level of academic achievement
• Law firm experience
• Superb writing, drafting and communication skills.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support a national practice.Requirements for submission : cover letter, resume, writing sample and law school transcriptCompensation and benefits:

• Salary will range between $235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience
• A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance
